With over 25 years experience, Lisa brings her passion, drive and expertise to the table.  She infuses each and every interaction with her unrelenting voice for our most vulnerable citizens.

As an expert in providing  advocacy, clinical consult and mentoring to individuals with special needs, families and providers, the goal is the same;  to affect change.  From prenatal diagnosis through the senior years, we are there for your every stage of life.

Lisa started her career in Special Education as a paraprofessional and later became a Non-Profit Administrator and Program Director with a nationally acclaimed health system.  In the latter role, she provided clinical and operational oversight to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-existing psychiatric disorders.  In addition, through her consulting practice, she developed curriculums as a subject matter expert for numerous public and private entities.  Lisa has trained over 2,500 professionals and is a frequently requested speaker at local and national conferences.

When not working, you will find her chauffeuring her children to their extracurricular activities, being the second grade class mom, Girl Scout leader and enjoying time with friends and family.
